Meet the Little Dots Witney Team
All of our staff are fully qualified or working towards qualification in childcare and all are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding and Manual Handling. They also regularly participate in short courses to keep them up to date on the latest developments and resources that are relevant to the Early Years Foundation Stages of education.
Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, I’m the baby room leader and have over 20 years experience working with children.
I love thinking of new ideas and doing fun activities and crafts. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family & friends, especially my 2 nieces who I love to have fun adventures with.
I also love a cheeky Prosecco or 2!

Rachel
Rachel has been a chef since leaving catering college and has always loved cooking & catering for all types of people & events.
She has 16yr old twins who are amazing! She is very family orientated having a very close family and loves big family meals altogether, she also loves eating out and socialising with friends & family.
She loves every season of the year especially the spring as she adores daffodils!

Hi I’m Lola and I am pre schools room leaders.
I am level 3 qualified and have worked at little dots for nearly 4 years.
I love messy play and I’m always finding new ways to incorporate this into the children’s learning and development.
In my free time I love going on dog walks and trying lots of yummy new foods.
Jessica
Hi I’m Jess I work in the baby room. I have 8 years experience working with children.
I enjoy spending my weekends and spare time with my daughter and family!
We really enjoy going to lots of different car shows!
Alysha-Paris
Hi I am Alysha and I work in the baby room at Witney, I love supporting the babies growth and development and see them grown!
I love going on sunny holidays and drinking cocktails and exploring different and exciting places!
I enjoy spending my weekends with my family and friends having fun and having food and drinks and doing lots of dancing!

Carrie Joined the the team in 2020 and is based in the Toddler Room.
Sophie
Hi I’m Sophie,
I work in the baby room. I love supporting the babies to grow and learn and being part of their journey.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my friends and family, including my cats and my dog.
Sarah
Sarah joined the team in 2021 and is our Toddler Room Leader.
Sarah is based in our baby room and is Level 3 qualified and loves spending time with her boyfriend and they have just got there first home together.
Sarah also loves spending time with her family and has a passion for exercising and going out for long walks enjoying the fresh air.
Tasha
General Manager of Northleigh & Witney
Tasha has a level 3 in childcare and has leadership and management level 2 she’s been in childcare for over 18 years.
Tasha is a mum of two boys so her spare time involves watching her sons playing football.
Tasha is also a self-confessed cleaning addict, but when she does get a moment to herself she enjoys unwinding with a book and glass of wine.
Ceren
Ceran has a bachelor’s degree in primary school teaching and master’s degree in special need education teaching.
She is also a fully qualified adult and child yoga instructor.
In her spare time she like’s doing yoga exercises and loves socialising, spending time with her partner and friends, loves travelling to discover new places and enjoys swimming as well as being passionate about sky diving!
Madelaine
Operations Manager
Maddie joined Little Dots in 2016 and is based in the office. She has 3 sons of her own and spends most of her time out of work being a taxi service to them(Free of charge).
She still has one small enough to get her daily cuddle in take, she loves spending time with her family and friends and going on holidays!
Hamdha
Hamdha joined Little Dots in 2024.
She loves crafts and reading stories with the children.
Hamdha is from Sri Lanka and she moved to the UK with her husband and little boy in 2023.
She loves to spend her her free time travelling and exploring the uk.
Jade
Jade joined us in 2024 and is based in the Toddler room.
She loves to explore textures in arts and crafts activities with the children.
In her free time she loves to go on long dog walks and spending time with her little brother.

Madison
Maddy joined us in 2023 and is in our Toddler room, she loves exploring with sensory activities.
In her free time she loves to be with her family.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn joined us in Toddler room and has started her qualification.
She loves going on walks out and about with the Toddlers and in her free time she loves spending time with her Little Sister.
Cristyn
Hi, I am Cristyn and I work in the baby room.
I enjoy going for walks to the park with the children! I love spending time with my little brother and sister, being creative as well as exploring new places and spending time with my friends and family!
Rosie
Hi I’m Rosie, I work in the baby room. I love doing fun crafts and activities with the children. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, I also like going on adventures with my best friend! If I’m not with my friends I’ll be with my dog Luna.
Natasha
Hi, I am Natasha I work in baby room. I love going on walks to town with the children. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends, especially my nephew who I love to take on lots of adventures.
Abi
Hi I’m Abi and I am the senior in preschool!
I am level 2 qualified and am working towards my level 3 at the moment.
I have worked at Little Dots for nearly 2 years and have loved supporting the children through their time here.
In my spare time I love making art and creating and so I like to bring this creativity into the preschool room when I can too.
When I’m not at Little Dots you can probably find me snuggling up with my cats on the sofa.
Katie
Hi I’m Katie and I’m on my way to becoming level 2 qualified.
I have been at Little Dots in the preschool room for nearly 6 months.
I enjoy our home corner and role-playing with the children in whatever games they would like to play and always supporting them whenever they need a little extra push.
In my free time I enjoy relaxing at home and playing with my dog.
