Meet Our Team
All of our staff are fully qualified or working towards qualification in childcare and all are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding and Manual Handling. They also regularly participate in short courses to keep them up to date on the latest developments and resources that are relevant to the Early Years Foundation Stages of education.
This is our most recent Courtney to join the Little Dots team. She likes spending time with her friends and family as well as walking her dog on warm evenings.
Georgina is in our pre-school and is level 2 qualified, is currently working towards her level 3. Outside of work she enjoys baking, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
Amy is in our Toddler room and it working towards her childcare qualification. Outside of work she enjoy’s going out with her friends on long walks and loves watching Netflix, she also loves going on holidays to hot country’s where the sun is shining!
Pippa has worked at little dots for over three years now and as bank staff can be found at both Witney and North Leigh. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her three children and going on lots of dog walks and spending time with family. She also enjoys watching local Rugby.
Dorothy is Level 3 qualified and had some time out of childcare to explore other careers but has returned now and is in our baby room. Dorothy enjoys watching football, spending time with family and friends and she likes a white wine spritser at the weekends.
I am level 3 qualified but currently studying a degree in Early Years. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, walking my dog, socialising, the theatre, Zumba and photography.
Nerissa works in the baby room, she is NVQ level 3 qualified in child care. She has recently returned from maternity leave after having her own Little Dot. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, her partner and her little one.
Sarah is our Baby room leader and is Level 3 qualified, Sarah has been working in Childcare for over 20 years now. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family , especially her two nieces, she also likes days out with her friends.
Courtenay is Level 2 qualified and works in our toddler room, she has two young children who both attend LittleDots. Courtenay enjoys spending her spare time going on bike rides and having family days out with her fiance and children.
Emma is Level 3 qualified and our Toddler Room Leader, she enjoys socialising and a cheeky drink or two.
Melizza is in our baby room and has recently returned to work after maternity leave, and her Little one also attends Little Dots.
She enjoys family days out with her son and partner.
I’m level 3 qualified, I have a son (Luca) who is nearly 8 so enjoy watching him play football and we’ve recently got a dachshund puppy called Bertie so enjoy country walks with them both but also love cooking and trying new recipes
Lucy is our Pre-School Room leader and is Level 3 qualified. In her spare time she enjoy’s going on holidays abroad, having cocktails with friends and spending time with her boyfriend and puppy, Coco!
Nanny Kitchen is in charge of the yummy meals at LittleDots, she is also Clair and Lynseys Mummy!
Outside of LittleDots Nanny Kitchen likes to refurbish furniture and she is also a keen gardener.
Isobel Goves – Manager of Witney & Northleigh
Isobel is our Manager and based at both sites, she is Level 3 qualified in childcare and recently completed her Level 3 in Leadership and Management. She also runs Bampton Youth Club and is Chair of BUFC, she is currently planning her wedding and enjoys spending time with family and friends, she also enjoys reading, being at the seaside and a glass of gin.
Laura Finlayson – Deputy Manager of Witney
Laura is Level 3 qualified in Childcare and Education and she has a degree in Community Development and Youth work. Laura is currently working towards her Level 3 in Leadership and Management, as well as working for Little DotsLaura works part time as a youth worker at Eynsham Youth Club. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her partner and thinking of new ideas for the book she wants to write.
Madelaine Marshall – Operations Manager/Mentor
Maddie works across both of our settings, she has her Level 2 in health and social care and level 2 in HR, she has 3 sons of her own, her youngest attended Little Dots Witney before he left for school, she also fostered from 2011 until 2019 and is hoping to foster again soon. She loves watching her boys play football even in the rain and enjoys crafts and an occasional glass of Shiraz!
