Meet the Little Dots Team

Meet Our Team

All of our staff are fully qualified in childcare and all are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding and Manual Handling. They also regularly participate in short courses to keep them up to date on the latest developments and resources that are relevant to the Early Years Foundation Stages of education.

Carrie Anne Blake

Carrie has a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and 17 years experience working with children from newborn to 8 years old, both within nurseries and as a child minder.

Carries hobbies include listening to country music, walking and playing darts.

Jennine Cousins

Jennine has a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and a certificate for Child Development-Age 2.

In Jennine’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, taking part in open mic events, and travelling – which recently included a month of travelling around Cambodia and Vietnam.

Isobel Goves – Manager of Witney

Isobel has a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, NVQ Level 2 Forest School, Youth Leader and Working with Challenging Behaviour qualifications.

When Isobel isn’t working at Little Dots she runs the Bampton Youth Club that she set up 4 years ago for children aged 8-12 years, once a week. Isobel is also the Assistant Secretary and fundraiser for Bampton United Football Club. To relax, Isobel enjoys a good book and a glass of wine.

Nerissa Lloyd

Nerissa is currently working towards her NVQ Level 2 in Childcare; she also has a certificate in Assessment, Planning and Observation.

Nerissa’s interests include listening to music, spending time with her family and shopping.

Sarah Collett

Sarah has been working with children for 17 years and has got a NVQ level 3 in childcare and education.
Sarah really enjoys spending time with her niece and family, Sarah also likes going for days out with her friends and a cheeky drink or two!

Courtenay Ralfe

Courtenay is currently working towards her NVQ level 2.

In her spare time she loves to spend time with her boyfriend and their young son. They love to go on lots of walks and going to the Zoo!

Emma Hardcastle

Emma is NVQ level 3 qualified.

Emma has recently passed her driving test so is loving being out & about in her new car!

Esmae Robinson

Esmae is NVQ level 3 qualified.

Esmae is our in – house Adrenaline junkie. Esmae loves Theme parks and has even done a sky dive!

Melizza Hambidge

Melizza joined the team in January 2016 and has an NVQ level 3 in childcare and education. Outside of nursery Melizza volunteers at her local beaver group doing lots of outdoor activities. Melizza also enjoys being very creative making lots of cakes and lots of crafty things, Melizza also likes going with friends and partner for days out.

Kelly Adams

Kelly has recently returned to Little Dots after a year of spending some more time with her son before he went to school, Kelly has a NVQ level 3 in childcare and education. Kelly enjoys going out to costa and buying lots of Cath Kidston products! Kelly’s favourite thing of all is spending quality time with her family.

Lucy Cutler

Lucy has joined the team in September 2017, she has recently left college where she completed her level 3 in childcare and education. Lucy enjoys going out at weekends with her friends, going to concerts and going on lots of holidays.

Nanny Kitchen

Nanny Kitchen is in charge of the yummy meals at LittleDots, she is also Clair and Lynseys Mummy!

Outside of LittleDots Nanny Kitchen likes to refurbish furniture and she is also a keen gardener.

Madelaine Marshall – Administrator

Maddie has a NVQ level 2 in health and social care and as well as being the administrator at Little Dots also fosters for social services.

She has 3 sons of her own, who are all into football. She used to sing in clubs and pubs for a living before she had children. Since being a mum she has been forced to love footy every weekend (even in the rain ) Lego, Nerf guns, and Xbox!!
