Meet the Little Dots Witney Team
All of our staff are fully qualified or working towards qualification in childcare and all are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding and Manual Handling. They also regularly participate in short courses to keep them up to date on the latest developments and resources that are relevant to the Early Years Foundation Stages of education.
Nerissa Lloyd
Nerissa works in the baby room, she is NVQ level 3 qualified in child care.
She has recently returned from maternity leave after having her own Little Dot.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, her partner and her little one.
Pippa Dunsdon
Pippa has worked at Little Dots at both our nurseries but is currently based at Witney.
Pippa is our SENCO Assistant.
When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her three children and going on lots of dog walks and spending time with family.
She also enjoys watching local Rugby.
Sarah Collett
Sarah is our Baby room leader and is Level 3 qualified, Sarah has been working in Childcare for over 20 years now.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family , especially her two nieces, she also likes days out with her friends.

Rachel Price
Rachel has been a chef since leaving catering college and has always loved cooking & catering for all types of people & events.
She has 16yr old twins who are amazing! She is very family orientated having a very close family and loves big family meals altogether, she also loves eating out and socialising with friends & family.
She loves every season of the year especially the spring as she adores daffodils!

Wendy Rice
Lucy Cutler
Lucy is our Pre-School Room leader and is Level 3 qualified.
In her spare time she enjoy’s going on holidays abroad, having cocktails with friends and spending time with her boyfriend and puppy, Coco!
Yan Su
Yan joined us in 2022 and is based in our Pre-School.
She comes from China and has been living in England for 16 years.
She has a level 3 diploma in child care.She has 2 lovely children and loves to spend time with her family. They love to walk in the countryside and love to go to different places, especially when they visit China.
Ceran Demirel
Ceran has a bachelor’s degree in primary school teaching and master’s degree in special need education teaching.
She is also a fully qualified adult and child yoga instructor.
In her spare time she like’s doing yoga exercises and loves socialising, spending time with her partner and friends, loves travelling to discover new places and enjoys swimming as well as being passionate about sky diving!
Alysha-Paris Godfrey
Alysha-Paris is a Little Dots Apprentice and joined us in Pre-School in 2022.
Carrie-Anne Blake
Carrie Joined the the team in 2020 and is based in the Toddler Room.
Dorothy Lloyd
Dorothy loves watching football at home. She enjoys visiting her friends, and her family, especially spending time with her nieces and nephews. She lives with her husband Robert and 2 cats, George and Oscar.
Dorothy occasionally likes to enjoy a glass of wine and lemonade, or coca cola, and of course loves chocolate.
She recently joined a social kick about session with others on sun morning.
Sarah Cooper
Sarah joined the team in 2021 and is based in the Baby Room.
Sarah is based in our baby room and is Level 3 qualified and loves spending time with her boyfriend and they have just got there first home together.
Sarah also loves spending time with her family and has a passion for exercising and going out for long walks enjoying the fresh air.

Charlie Laizans
Charlie originally started with us in 2021, she had a short break and joined the team again in 2023
She has 2 girls of her own and a dog called Bonnie, they all like to walk her in the evenings and go to the park. Charlie likes cooking and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend.

Sam Foggett
Sam is in our Pre-school and has been in childcare for over 15 years starting out as a childminder for 8 years and she is level 3 qualified.
In her spare time she enjoy’s gardening, reading, walking and looking after her grandchildren.
Sarah Bullock
Deputy Manager
Sarah Bullock Joined the team in May 2021 and is Deputy Manager of Witney.
She has over 20 years of childcare experience, is level 3 qualified and has 3 children of her own who are grown up now (and a Grandson.)
Sarah enjoys going on Holidays with her husband and trips on his motorbike, she also loves spending time with her family and friends.
Madelaine Marshall
Operations Manager
Maddie works across both of our settings, she has her Level 2 in health and social care and level 2 in HR.
She has 3 sons of her own, her youngest attended Little Dots Witney before he left for school.
She loves watching her boys play football even in the rain and enjoys afternoon teas with friends and family.
