Invoicing

The daily rate that is charged is for 8 hours and you choose which 8 hours. If you go over the 8 hours for any reason, we have a flat hourly charge which is invoiced pro rata, so that you are not penalised for a whole hour if you are only 15 minutes over.

Our half daily rate is for 4 hours of your choice; 7.30am – 1pm Morning Session or 1pm – 6pm Afternoon session. We are closed for one week at Christmas and all Bank Holidays so no charge is applied during these times.

Our invoices are then charged on a 12 month rolling annualised basis, so the amount is the same every month regardless of days attended.

Term Time only Contract

We offer a Term Time contract which covers the 38 Academic weeks of the year – we don’t operate inset days.

Your invoice will be annualised so you pay the same amount every month regardless of days attended.

You will also have a retainer added to your account which will be 30% of one weeks fees and added every month, this covers the costs for the space during the holidays that can’t be offered to another child.

Funding

When your child turns 3, the term after their birthday they will be entitled to funding, this can be 15 hours or if eligible 30 hours (please check out childcarechoices.gov.uk)

Your invoices are then calculated by hours and the funded hours are deducted, we then charge each additional hour at our hourly rate of £8.75, this is also done on an annualised 12 month rolling basis and means your invoice will be the same every month.

Plus a daily charge for food currently £2.95

Some families will be eligible for funding from the term after their second birthday, you must supply a code with us that you are given one.

Other costs

All families are charged £10 a month for consumables per child.

Any unplanned late collections are charged at £10 plus the amount of time late.

Any late paid invoices will incur an admin fee of £35
